There are weekly consulting and Q&A sessions as well as group practice sessions available for you and your team depending on how much coaching you will choose. Finally, if you want to see a rapid performance increase straight away you might choose an additional option for the implementation of a personalized scrum framework. How long does the training program last?The main program includes Phase 1 and Phase 2 which can take from 6 to 8 weeks depending on how much of coaching is needed. There is also an additional phase 3 with time being personally discussed depending on individual situation of each client.
